Customized Holistic Training (Coaching)
A constantly evolving online training program with full time coaching from me. This allows us to craft your optimal workout routine, to work toward any goals you have, and meet you exactly where you are.
This includes a monthly strategy session that will allow us to make shifts in our trajectory to keep us going in the right direction, along with continuous coaching and support. Any workout you log, I will be giving you direct feedback on what you did great at, and what you can focus on next time.
This option is great for rehabilitation, correctional exercise, unique needs, and may give you optimal results. This in depth coaching will allow us to lay a foundation or work at an advanced level, and is a step by step approach so we can work at your pace.
This initial fee will cover the strategy session, program design / build, and your first month of training, plus coaching! This is online coaching that is all completed through the True Coach app, it’s a user friendly app that allows us to train from anywhere on your smart phone or laptop, its like having me in your pocket.
