What is a Strategy Session?
- This is a casual conversation on FaceTime or Phone, so that I can hear your story and what you are looking for in a coach, and in programming.
- I have many online training options and courses that I am confident will fit anyone's unique goals, experience, schedule, equipment access, and budget. The goal of our strategy session is to find the right option for you.
- If we are the right fit, we can create your True Coach profile so that I can start assigning your workouts!
- Please allow 30 minutes and have your smart phone and/or laptop ready.

What does online coaching include?
- This is a well rounded approach to fitness that balances, strength, mobility, conditioning and resilience. All of this will increase our functionality and athleticism so we feel better, and, are more capable in our bodies.
- Your workouts will focus on movement pattern based exercises to address muscular balance and strength through all ranges of motion. They are easily quantified and recorded through the app, so we can control our progressive overload, this allows you to improve over time, safely.
- Train for athleticism, injury prevention and longevity. These online training courses/programs were crafted to optimize your body as the holistic system that it is.
What does online coaching include?
- Organized Programing; You will have full access to the True Coach app where all of your workouts are organized for you to optimize your training schedule.
- Convenience; Train from your smart phone or laptop, at the gym or from home. We can work together anywhere in the world!
- Education and Support; I will be coaching you directly on every workout that you submit, it’s literally like having me in your pocket. You record the assigned workout and I will respond with valuable feedback, answering any of your questions and pushing you in the right direction.
- Accountability; I will continuously encourage you to remain adherent so that we can get you optimal results.
- Evolution; We can seamlessly cycle your workouts through any of my courses as you evolve, or you can take the custom route to have a fully tailored training experience.
