The Holistic Training System (Full Course)
The Holistic Training System is designed for those who want to develop athletic bodies that are capable, well-rounded, and resistant to injury. This is an all encompassing workout program that allows us to address everything in balance.
Gym Access? Yes, you will need a membership to a gym that has a variety of common equipment (Aerobic machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, GHD, leg machines, cables,
Workload: 4 workouts a week 60 - 90 minutes each (dependent on your pacing). 2 Optional mobility days each week. This program is a lot of work, but I do not expect you to finish all of it each week, although you certainly could. Following this will more than likely get you in the best shape of your life and I’m not just saying that.
Weekly Schedule:
Day 1) Holistic Patterns: Our compound movement day focused on full body exercises. This is where most of the strength training takes place, these can be some of the demanding workouts in the system.
Day 2) Holistic Decompression - Active Recovery:
Welcome to the Recovery Zone! Choose from over 17 recovery rituals (videos) to follow along with that will honor your body, mind, and spirit.
Day 3) Holistic Accessories - Upper Body:
Think of this as your A-Z checklist for restoring and maintaining incredible strength and function in the shoulders, elbows, and wrists.
Day 4) Holistic Accessories - Lower Body:
Think of this as your A-Z checklist for restoring and maintaining incredible strength and function in the ankles, knees, hips, and spine.
Day 5) Holistic Conditioning - Primal Engine & Zone 4 Training
