Holistic Shoulders is complete upper body optimization. This program has two workouts per week split up as a “Compound Day” and an “Accessory Day”. Each workout takes anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour. There is also a bonus; “Active Recovery Day” option that allows the athlete to improve their recovery time and shoulder health by adding further blood flow and stability to the shoulders. There are four levels to the program that all require you to meet “Standards”, based off of body weight percentage ratios, in order to graduate to the next level. Each movement follows our three training principles, which are logically organized to give you the best training experience and results.
