Holistic Mobility
Holistic Mobility consists of concise 15-30 minute guided routines that you can follow along to or learn and practice on your own. They can be done anywhere with next to no equipment. They are designed to be concise yet effective so that you can easily complete a concentrated mobility session each and every day. By drawing from my background in Pilates, Yoga, and athletic stretching concepts, I have attempted to take the very best of these modalities and fuse them together. Not only will you improve your flexibility, but you will improve your active mobility which will translate to better muscle health, function, and greater access as we build strength through the long range phase in each stretch. Having the strength to back these positions up leads to a strong, mobile, and athletic body that is more resistant to injury and more capable of movement.
