Holistic Core

​Throughout the series you will master many different movements that all address the four major actions necessary to build a balanced, functional, and holistic core.

Floor Series (Level 1)

Holistic Core: Floor Series, cycles through three unique core workouts each week that only take 7-15 minutes to accomplish. These workouts can easily be done at home because they require next to no equipment. Drawing from a background in Pilates, Yoga, Gymnastics, and more, I have taken my favorite core movements and have organized them into concise yet effective routines. This course is designed to be an entry level course to core strength, endurance, and ability that will build the foundation necessary for levels 2-4 of Holistic Core.

This course can be completed at home with minimal equipment.

Equipment Utilized: furniture sliders x 2, yoga block, PVC pipe or pole, yoga mat, timer.

Gym Series (Level 2)

In Holistic Core: Gym Series, we keep the same three workouts that we mastered in level 1, and keep them in rotation once per week. Then we add complexity, intensity, and volume to the core by working on a few of my favorite core workouts that require common equipment found in a gym. All of these workouts are quantifiable so that we can accurately measure our progress. Throughout the series you will master many different movements that all address the four major actions necessary to build a balanced, functional, and holistic core. This includes: anterior chain flexion, posterior chain extension, rotation, and Isometric stability. 

This course utilizes common equipment found in most gyms along with the equipment used in the “Floor Series” collection. 

Equipment Utilized: Roman Chair, weights, cable tower, TRX and more.
